Never had so many compliments on luggage
The zips are double layered which is pretty awesome for security. This bag is very light weight and the wheels allow is to zoom on surfaces. Plenty of storage and somewhat hard frame allows for breakable items decent protection if packed properly.Probably the prettiest bag I own. This bag got misplaced at one of the airports because our connecting flight got late. The first thing the person who delivered this to my apartment asked me where I bought it from it is so beautiful. Similar experience at the airport checkin.

Stylish and sturdy
I ended up returning it and going with a hardside Travelpro, but it was a difficult decision because this one is certainly nicer looking. I really liked the front pockets.

Elegant yet practical luggage!
Another excellent Delsey product! Needing a new check-on luggage, I went back to my last Delsey carry-on luggage purchase over 14 years ago and this new piece did not disappoint. Love the 4 wheel design and elegant light weight soft material. Very happy traveler!

Zippers broke within two weeks
This was purchased on the recommendation of a friend who had done significant research. We were traveling abroad for a month and I needed more room than my trusty carry-ones (an old one from REI and a newer Timbuk-2). Delsey has an excellent reputation. The suitcase is attractive and sturdy overall, but the zippers, especially on the interior covers, are poorly designed. The exterior ones are stiff and hard to maneuver around the edges. The turn is too sharp. Worse, within one week of use, the zippers on both of the interior dividers had separated and were impossible to realign. This was not the result of an overly stuffed suitcase! Since the warranty for repair service is onerous, I guess I’m stuck with it.
