The first time I used this product, i took the recommended dose around 2 pm and it kept me up nearly all night! I felt so energized, and I felt light and energy vibrating on the peripheral of my body, similar to the way a young shoot or leaf bud would be trembling with growth towards the sun. i know it sounds crazy and maybe I am really sensitive but this tonic is powerful. My adrenals are grateful. As my body adjusted it no longer keeps me up though I usually take it in the morning just to be safe.

My naturopathic dr prescribed this along with some other things. It is effective in helping give me more even energy throughout the day. The taste isn't too bad - very strong, but sort of sweet as well. I usually drop it beneath my tongue and if it's sits too long there is a slight burning sensation.
