Full disclosure: I was going to buy a different shaker but this one came up in an ad for less money (but no reviews) so I took a chance. My personal goal was to be able to chill a drink in the freezer quickly utilizing the conductive properties of the stainless steel. It arrived today and the packaging was good. The top and the bottom were individually wrapped with bubble wrap. After unpackaging, all the pieces looked good! No manufacturing issues that I could see. The shaker wasn't bent or crushed. No sharp edges observed. It seems to be a well polished shaker. Testing: I filled the lower half of the shaker up with water and poured it into a measuring cup: 23.5 oz. If I assembled the top and bottom, filling it through the strainer, I could get 28 oz. into it. I also filled it halfway and shook the hell out of it. No drips! Overall, its made in china which I'm not thrilled with but they did a darn good job on it!

Very nice for the price

This shaker works well and is fairly easy to use. The only reason that I made it a 4 is because it is very hard to separate the top from the bottom if you have small hands. I just couldn't get a strong enough grip. Now that I know that, I don't put it on too tight and still no leaking. I love that I can infuse my teas with fruit and strain it and the ice without making it too watery. I know that is an unconventional way to use this, but that is what I use it for and so much less mess in my kitchen.

Great item and exactly what I needed

Love this shaker! I purchased it to use for shaking my espresso drinks and they’re turning out better than I had expected. I put a tsp of sugar and a tsp of vanilla syrup in the bottom of the shaker, add 2 shots of espresso, swirl it around a bit so the sugar melts, add oat milk and some ice. Shaken it well and pour into a glass. My drinks are delicious and frothy. I appreciate having an ice cold drink without having melting ice in it! The shaker doesn’t leak. It’s super fast and easy to clean by hand (I have a few espresso drinks a day), or it can be put into the dishwasher. Size is perfect for about a 24 oz glass of coffee. Nice weight. I’m so happy with my purchase.

This just came, so I haven't even had a chance to use it, but it looks very promising. I checked for leaks, which would be a deal breaker, and no broken deals were made. Goes together and comes apart easily, and not requiring a separate strainer is a nice convenience. I expect this device will work well and last a long time.
