I usually use earl gray tea but I decided to give this a try and I like it way better. I’ve made 2 batches so far and I’m really enjoying it.

makes a lighter kombucha, mine was ready in exactly 7 days. I did 3 Tablespoons tea leaves to 3 cups water to make the "concentrate". This tea is also delicious on it's own, hot or iced.

Smaller than I thought it would be but I just used the measurement it has on the package instead of the amount I thought I would need and it makes great kombucha and it will definitely make as much as it advertises for. I'm looking forward to trying the other seasons of tea as well.

I really like this tea for brewing my kombucha. It has made my scoby a nice cream colour. I needed a tea to help balance out the yeast and I am new to kombucha so thanks for creating this to help me!!

Delicious addition to my continous brew. Ni e flavour and it seemed to do what it claims, nice light bubbles to a happier yeast. Robust flavor, nice as just a tea.
