I tested out the product is soon as I got it. Here are some things that I noted. PROS -CAN BE USED WITH FRAGILE MATERIAL: I tested it on a Sandollar, which is pretty fragile and soft. On the lowest setting, I was able to carve designs without shattering the Sandollar, though it did take some structural damage in one spot. - CAPABLE OF SMALL DESIGNS - QUICK RECOVERY If the pen stopped working, it would run again if I turned it off, pushed the bit back into place, and turned it back on. - GREAT NAIL FILE The accessories for nail filing worked well on my natural nails. Have not tested it on acrylic nails. CONS - STOPS ITSELF OFTEN: Even though I wasn’t applying that much pressure for the Sandollar, the engraving pen would shut down because of overheating or the bit getting loose from the spinning. It shut down every 15 minutes more or less. - HAS TO BE PLUGGED IN TO WORK The pen has to be plugged into the wall the entire time. The cord is short, limiting mobility. NOTE: I haven’t tested the engraver on harder materials, such a stone or wood. So I don’t know if the pen would shut down more often when more pressure is applied. Also, it can be messy! Different materials will give off different amounts of residue. With the Sandollar, I was having to blow on it, consistently to keep the surface clean and clear enough for me to see my work.

Let me START off by saying that when i FIRST received this....waaaay back in 2021, I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED with all i got! This thing is an absolute CORNUCOPIA of additional attachments, stencils, extra bits galore....EXCELLENT! I immediately put it to HARD, DAILY use! I mean...this little gem has been my GO TO tool...for any number of tasks. Ok, fast forward to a couple months ago. I AM SO HARD on it..the power cord finally gave out. (SO shocked it didnt happen much sooner!) I politely emailed them...THATS ALL!!!! A SIMPLE REQUEST "TO HELP". I really didnt expect a reply! Well, NOT ONLY did this company reply Immediately with their concern and additional tips and tricks??? THEY JUST....SENT ME A WHOLE NEW COMPLETE ITEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All i had trouble with was the cord!! I mean...FOLKS? You cannot GET better customer service than that! IF I COULD GIVE THESE FOLKS 7 STARS...I WOULD..without an ounce of hesitation! I RARELY see this kind of knowledge and competance...anywhere else! BRAVO!!!! and .....THANK YOU!!

I really liked it and was excited about it, at first, but then it started to die. I would unplug it, then plugged it back in, and it wouldn't go on. I had to wiggle the cord, it would start, then go off. Now, it won't go on at all! My sister plugged it into another extension cord and sparks started coming out of the plug. I was careful with plugging it in anywhere else, and it still won't work! I've had it only about 2 weeks. I'm really disappointed in it!

Lousy power. Doesn't have enough power to etch glass. I have an engraver pen by another company, it works really well, however it last maybe 1 to 1.5 hours then I have to recharge. It's cordless and 3xs the cost of this one. I was hoping when I bought this one with a cord would allow me to continue my project without charging. I wanted an engraver that could do some of the work while the more powerful cordless was charging. However this cord engraver is near worthless. I turned it up on max power speed and it etched the glass like scratching a piece of glass with a builder's nail. Scratch, and the diamond bit wiggles to much so it is a uneven etching.Looks like I have un controled shaking hands. I tighten and retighten the tip release screw, it keeps loosening and the diamond bit wobbles. I however like the extras accessories, but it makes me wonder if there is enough power to cut through glass with the diamond cutter blades, or for soft wood? I wasn't expecting much as I realize this is not the cordless engraver I have and paid more for, but I was hoping for enough power to help continue my project light work, while the cordless charged.

I love this! I’m a novice and it has everything I could imagine to help me personalize my pieces and learn how to create new items as well.

This set was used on wood to engrave, mirrors, glass fantastic. Highly recommend

Humm je dirais que franchement pour le prix ça va. Fait la job... seul negatif; les lames circulaires... pas assez solide pour de la feuille de bois donc oubliez ça sinon cest super!

Worked for 5 mins, thought that it would have needed to be charge ! Nope nothing! And I cannot send back! I should have tried it right away!

Moteur pas assez fort pour des travaux plus durs, les embouts n’ont pas de différents niveaux de poncage

This would’ve been better if it came with instructions.I bought 8 of these so every one could have one .I thought it would have been fun.Spent to much time on YouTube looking up ideas and instructions

Didn’t use it yet, Will return as product was not advertised as used. Clearly was used and resold.
