Would it work on baggage with end holes 21cm apart?

Not sure of the exact spacing as I drilled another hole for each handle (the original handles were a different spacing). I will say that these replacement handles are holding up and are much better than the originals (older Costco set). Would recommend if you have the tools to modify if the spacing does not match your original handles.

As this is a 'universal' handle you may not find the exact size. One of 2 ways you can split the difference and make new holes in the suitcase or pick one and make just one hole and use the other original hole.

I need 2 handles. 1 is 10" & the other is 10 1/2". Do you carry something that would work for both?

If you have a drill and drill bits, you should be able to make these work. As someone else mentioned, adding an extra hole or two can save you from throwing out an otherwise good piece of luggage. I installed these on an older piece of Costco luggage and they are better than the original handles.
