What I most like about them is that they have all of the necessary vitamins that you need per day as well as just the right amount of cinnamon to keep that blood pressure, blood sugar in check very satisfied with my morning results I have also started adding cinnamon to other foods that I eat therefore I can enjoy peach cobbler and apple pie without feeling guilty of course, I used trivia to Sweden all of my desserts. What I liked..... it took only 2 days to feel positive changes, the main one to feel lighter, less bloated, less tired. I can take a day of heavy work bur still have energy to do things after work.What I dislike....it is true that each pill is quite big but I've been cutting and crushing them, I found a good cutter and crusher device at Walgreens for US$7.00 which I consider to be an added expense that I was not happy about but by and large it is working just fine.I read in the reviews about the smell and there is some of it but I am not that sensitive to smells in general so it has not been an issue.It is too early for me to jump up and down celebrating the product but I think it is really working!

Switched to this after the regular ultra mega for women I had ran out and I saw they didn't offer that type anymore. I have PCOS and hypothyroidismso this seemed like worth trying. I wish it didn't have biotin and all that but whatever, it seems to work fine. The smell however is absolutely horrendous. It's almost to the point of not being able to stomach the smell. When this bottle is out I may switch to a different brand entirely because of the smell, and because I'm hoping for a more hormone-friendly diabetic multivitamin, if that makes sense.

I have NO idea if I'm healthier with these vitamins. I took them to make my daughter happy. Did these vitamins help me to live to 81? Who knows..... But I'll take them until I pass into a land where I don't have to remember to take my medicines and pills....
