Just keeping it simple. They worked. Wifey loved them. They're easy on the stomach and do exactly what they say they do: provide energy.

I wanted a vitamin that included biotin (to help with hair growth). This was one of few vitamins to also have biotin. They do not have a pleasant taste so don’t let it touch your tongue. And sometimes the flavor will linger and possibly haunt your morning. Besides that little flaw I think they have been working very well and I do think they are helping with hair growth as well.

This really is a great product. As someone with chronic illnesses I definately have seen some really noticeable changes in my energy levels and that is awesome.i need all the help I can get as a recent amputee with chronic illnesses and infections. It seems to be helping me build a healthier platform to work with. And they are easy to take with no noticable smell. And I am sensitive to smells....so...pretty awesome.

I've been using these for years. Great multivitamin. Got my sister and Mom to take them too.

I was not sure if they were helping me at all at first. So I stopped taking them, and saw the difference. Great quality vitamins. My Dr even said these were exceptional!
