Oh em gee! I love it! I finally decided to jump into the letterbooard craze and I am so happy I went with this one! I have looked at so many that we’re SO much more expensive. This is definitely worth more than what you pay for it! The board is way sturdy and so far the stand and the letters have held up to my 1yr old pounding on them. The only thing is that my storage box was kind of broken when it arrived, but it’s not a big deal as it’s still functional and I’m happy to have it to organize all those characters. Speaking of all of those... Phew! Cutting them out takes ages. But that’s just because you get so many! Just turn on a movie or binge watch a show or something and you’ll survive. Use good scissors and you might not even need to file them! In sum: cute, sturdy, love!

I own a couple of different letter boards already, and bought this one as a gift. I chose this board because of the good reviews and all the extras is came with. Let's start with what I liked about this one. The packaging was beautiful and made the item feel extra special. The easel and divided container are great bonuses! The letters themselves are also great and there's plenty of duplicates so writing out long phrases is possible. Now, what I didn't like. The letters do not stay in place on this letter board. My experience with different boards is that it's the board itself that's the problem and not the letters. I tried using letters from my other boards and they wouldn't stay in either. I used the letters from this board on my other boards and the letters stayed in just fine. Because this was a gift and because of the time crunch, I went to a local store and bought yet another board. Thankfully, the letters from this board worked with the new board and stayed securely in place. Now the receiver of the gift has a board that works and tons of letters to use. I will not buy this brand of letter board again.

I’m REALLY annoyed I didn’t get all the letters in the biggest size. I am missing the letters: M, N, O, P, Q, S! And only got numbers 1 and 7. someone was supposed to send me the rest of the letters but never followed through.

The media could not be loaded.  I am so impressed with this product! The packaging was amazing, the quality of the board is superb, and the letters and letter packaging is just perfect! I would highly recommend purchasing this product if you are in the need of a letter board

I am devastated. I spent the last two full hours snapping, twisting, and cutting all these tiny letters and symbols (I didn't even get to filing all the pieces down) and when I finally got around to taking the letter board itself out of the box I noticed the frame doesn't fit together properly in one of the corners. The glue has come undone (or wasn't there in the first place) and the wood frame slides back and forth. I won't be able to glue it back together without snapping the frame completely apart. I spent such an inordinate amount of time dealing with these tedious letters that returning it all seems like a huge loss. I have no idea what to do now.The stand this letter board comes with is a great idea in theory but the board is so heavy and large that the frame can't support its weight. Mine broke the first time I tried to stand it up vertically. I was going to hang this up on the wall so it doesn't matter to me, but it's worth mentioning in case someone else is intending to use it. Now I have two broken items from one box and I just feel sad.That being said, I was incredibly impressed (aesthetically) with the packaging it came in and the presentation of the contents in the box. The Little Hippo logo throughout is adorable and it looks like they took great care in creating a package that felt special upon opening.The gorgeous thank you note and instructions card were a lovely touch. It's obvious they splurged on the design and I think it was absolutely worth it. There are so many letters included I don't think I would ever need to buy more. The box the letters fit in is especially handy, even though it doesn't fit all the parts this super bundle comes with (because there are a bajillion). The board itself seems sturdy and the wood frame is smooth. If the letter board wasn't broken, I would have given this product 5 stars. I was so excited when I first opened this package and at this point I have no idea what to do.

Addendum: After be able to contact the company, they immediately issued me a full refund including shipping and sent me a replacement letter board which I received within 48 hours. I could not be more satisfied with the way they made the situation right. The new board has multiples of all the 2” letters of the alphabet and the scissors work great. I am loving this fun announcement board!!!My original post: I decided to purchase this board because of the great reviews. I actually tried to find a way to contact the shop before writing a poor review, but I was unable to. When I first opened the amazon box and saw the little hippo box, I immediately noticed that the box itself was ripped and damaged and the sticker to seal the box was broken and dirty. It looked like a returned item from the start. A lot of the letters on clear organizer were scratched off. I was most excited about the 2 inch letters. It was supposed to come with 93 letter with all symbols. I only got 73 letters and symbols. And the only letters were M N O P Q S. I got about 10 Os and 5 Qs. I’m not sure what they expect anyone to be able to spell with that! I started going through the smaller letter which were all jumbled together, but got so discouraged I stopped. The little snips that it came with were bent and dull, I couldn’t get it to cut a piece of thread let alone the plastic it was made to trim. I am also highly upset because When i purchased this, I paid almost $14 extra to rush ship it to receive it yesterday for my wedding today and I can’t even use it!! I will definitely be returning this!

Hola. Pues me gustaría informar que estoy sumamente decepcionada del producto. Para empezar la caja es completamente diferente a la que aparece en las fotos de amazon, ya que en las fotos se ve es de madera, y la realidad es que me enviaron una muy básica de plástico que no tiene nada que ver ( adjunto imagenes para su referencia). En segundo aparece una plana de letras cursivas, las cuales no venían dentro del paquete. Por último el adjustable display easel viene súper frágil no detiene nada de la tabla, se resbala, ya que latabla e smuy pesada y es de pésima calidad. Por el precio que pague estoy sumamente decepcionada por el producto no lo vale.

Me parece de excelente calidad, buen tamaño, me encantaron la gran variedad de simbolos y se logra un impacto visual muy bueno con la combinación de tamaños de las letras. Excelente empaque.

Esta muy bonito. Pero hay letras que no estan repetidas, osea solamente viene una y hay otras que vienen hasta cinco veces repetidas.Venia todo revuelto que tuve que acomodarlo yo y tarde mucho en hacerlo

Sturdy construction: frame, felt, and stand.Letters: pre cut (though some need some trimming), and have a storage container: they don’t come sorted though so be wanted this will take some time. They stick in the board, but some fall of easily if bumped. This isn’t an issue unless you’re placing it in a high traffic/high bumping location.i it’s nice to have a variety of sizes, and lots of different shapes/symbols.

Me encantó, trae muchisimas letras, el tamaño es perfecto y el empaquetado esta hermoso!
