No issues
Worked well and easy to apply, the included tool for the lid was nice.

It Works
It works! I did have to use 2 coats as it was recommended, but it worked. No more water leaking in, and we have had a few good long heavy rains since the second coat and everything is dry. Great product at a great price.

sealed my 10 year leak up no problem. didn't get the footage I wanted but may have put on to thick.buying more to finish another area.very satisfied
