Found these at a brand name department store, came to Amazon because they didn’t have a color I liked. Love the design of the bag. The fold over full cover (instead of cross straps) holds clothes great & prevent my clothes from shifting and wrinkling in travel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Great suitcase, very durable and at a GREAT price!! GET THESE!!!

We bought the 24inch suitcase for an upcoming international trip. We tried them out on a shorter trip to Hawaii last week. They are very lightweight, and easy to maneuver, the wheels seem to work great. When packed, my bag weighed 37 pounds, and I didn't have any trouble with the handle on top or on the side. It actually fit more items than I thought it would for its size. I'm optimistic about our next trip, will update if there are any problems, but so far it seems to be a good value!UPDATE: After 14 months, the handle broke on my suitcase, the screw that holds the top piece to the retractable bars fell out. The suitcase otherwise looks great, the black plastic on the underside near the wheels came loose earlier, but no other issues and the outside is not scuffed (Thanks Delta!). I emailed customer service due to the 10 year warranty and will update any resolution.

The luggage is lightweight and is very pretty. I only gave a 4 star on durability the zipper was sewn so close to the edge of the fabric divider that it frayed on its first use. HOWEVER, the customer service was excellent and honored their lifetime warranty…and quickly!I was skeptical at first as I contacted Kenneth Cole directly and received what seemed to be a brush-off response directing me to the manufacturer instead. After I sent the information and pictures requested, their customer service shipped me a replacement within a week. The person who contacted me was friendly and very quick. Thank you, Heidi!

The media could not be loaded. It’s a good quality checked bag for our trip to Spain. However, the design of the handles is pretty bad. On two separate occasions after picking up the bag by the handle, it pinched my thumb. Not only was it painful, but my thumb swelled and was bruised. Every time after that I had to be very careful when picking up the bag.

This set of suitcases was exactly what I was looking for. It rolls around in all directions. They nest inside of each other which is helpful for storage. They are great quality material

I'm very impressed with the luggage and hope to add more pieces. Everything about it makes sense. Quality, lightweight, easy to maneuver.

Instead of taking responsibility for their product, they directed me to the manufacturer, Heritage. Just returned from a cruise with my new luggage, flew through 3 airports and I must say this luggage handled the trip beautifully!! I love that both sides have coverage and additional small compartments..I only had a couple of small marks and I can get those off..Sooooo happy I settled on these..
