The sizes run small and the material does not have a much give. I sumo squat and lunge to get mine on, but it sits a couple inches lower in the back than on the front. But once on, I do feel a lot of heat on my thighs, after a while I get used to it. If your thighs touch the material is disrecpectfully loud. I wear yoga/compression pants over them this attenuates the sound and I don't feel like I'm in danger of starting a blaze with all the inner thigh friction.It does deliver on its promise to increase heat and sweating. Be sure to exfoliate well after use.

Liked how discrete it is you can wear it under jeans during the day and not see or feel it at all. Disliked that it wasn’t as high waisted as shown in the picture but it is great for working out

These are awesome. I wear a solid medium and ordered an XL. Perfect! Sure there is a synthetic smell initially. This can be remedied easily with a quick wash. I look forward to using these often.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Definitely get like 2-3 size bigger than you normally would. I'm a M in everything, but I fit into a 1X in these pants and they're still a bit tight.

I would never buy these again...they didn't fit me right in the back and I had to keep pulling them up and I brought the right size...I Only Had It for only one wk and it started tearing up in the middle of tha croutch...it did help me sweat but i did not like it otherwise...im very upset.

The only reason I am giving it a star is because it came on timeI am very disappointedThe pants feel like styrofoam the inside shows there is the yellow on the inside for the heat and mine didn't come with itWas way to small and I feel I wasted my money

Sizing is a bit on the small size, but comfortable.
