Very Sharp
I was not expecting much from this knife but was very impressed by the sharpness. This knife cut through ripe tomatoes easily. The tomatoes didn’t squish or flex when starting to cut. I was able to cut a paper thin slice as well.

Amazing, Perfect for any field of the food industry!!!
Ok to start this review off let me just state that I was a bit shocked to see how big it actually was in person and I didn't think I would like caring this with me around at work all day but when I started using it I totally changed my opinion on it. I'm mainly using it as an utility knife or an all purpose knife, I am a Cheese Master with a Specialty Cheese shop and we need a good strong sturdy knife to use throughout our day from cutting produce to preparing a cheese tray to even opening boxes and using it as a big box cutter and honestly I love this way more than the cheep box openers that my company supplies us with that always break and the blades get dull within a couple days. This knife has a SUPER SHARP EDGE so be very careful with blade, and the handle is made with some very good quality materials which has an amazing feel in the hand and has a good grip to it for any size hand. Overal 10/10

Super sharp, works great, but sheath is sold separately
This works great for cutting microgreens (which of course is what I bought it for.) Still haven't gotten to the point where I'll have to sharpen it so we'll see how that goes when the time comes. My only issue is that there was no buying option to buy this as a set with a protective sheath. Heck, it took me 15-20 minutes of searching on Amazon to even find the right one (from the same manufacturer) to go with this knife. Other than that, it's a good size and the handle has a good grip to it.

This knife was recommended by friends and it is a great knife. Slices tomatoes thin. If you’re looking for a good sharp knife, this is it.

Perfect
My hands become unexpectedly disabled. One if the most frustrating things to learn to compensate for was cutting up tons of vegetables as I make hibachi on a regular basis. Not to mention the money saved if you choice to cut them yourself. I did some research and this knife popped up as a good knife for the price. Totally understatement. The knife thinness makes any tremors less likely to cook yourself, the grip handle is comfortable for my hands and I would assume for hands with arthritis, and lastly it just cuts with no force at all. I do not know its long term durability but given the price and how well it works it would not have to work long to make it a worthwhile purchase.
