Yummy and still confused
I purchase what I thought "Beni Imo" with purple skin and purple flesh, on October of 2023. My husband harvested our first harvest in September of 2024. With 2 more planters to yet harvest. We certainly got more then our $27.00 "seed" purchase out of our first batch, and plenty of seed potatoes to boot. Their super Yummy, however we still can't verify if they are just a Japanese purple sweet potato or if they are actually "Beni Imo". We're good for now though. Maybe next year we'll try the beige skin purple flesh potato next. Bon appetite!!!

Definitely NOT a potato mix
Not only was it not a mix of colors, the picture showed Goldens, reds, blues of a small variety. What I received didn't appear to be any of those. They appeared to be russet potatoes which I did not want. I wouldn't grow russet when you can get a whole bag at the store for a couple dollars. I bought these for the small potato variety. I buried them anyway...even though the super long sprout arrived broken off the potato. So far, nothing has grown. Trust me on this...do not buy these. They are not packaged well, are not what seller states them to be and you will be extremely disappointed.

Seed potato mix
I was happy to find someone who just sold 1 pound of seeded potatoes. . Most people sell 5 to 25 pounds of seeded potatoes. I’m not interested in feeding my whole neighborhood. Just me and my wife. The quality is good , they’re not dried out and it’s easy to tell them apart by color of the rootsA+ seller

These are tiny purple Stokes sweet potatoes (about 8 potatoes to each pound)
These are tiny purple Stokes sweet potatoes (about 8 potatoes to each pound), and some are poor quality with dried out sections and evidence of sprouting upon arrival. Not ideal as eating potatoes.

Healthy!!
Grew slips for planting!! The healthiest of all, and worth growing yourself. The slips I bought didn't look half as good. Fresh!!

POTATOES WHERE ROTTEN WHEN ARRIVED
THESE POTATOES HAD STARTED TO ROT WHEN I RECIEVED THEM. I CUT THE OT OFF OF THEM AND ATTEMPTED TO GROW SLIPS BY PLACING THEM PARTIALLY IN WATER "NOTHING" AFTER ALMOST TWO WEEKS. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I WASTED MY MONEY WITH THIS SELLER.

The potatoes are very tiny, although very delicious
For how expensive they are you don't get much for the money
