Needed a "bridge" of some sort to lock a cheap ...

Needed a "bridge" of some sort to lock a cheap free float handguard to the upper receiver.This riser worked perfectly,spanning the gap,and preventing the handguard from coming loose and rotating the front sight out of alignment.Well worth the money!
