Microwave: For best quality we do not recommend heating in a microwave oven. Nevertheless, instructions are given if desired. Place frozen chicken cutlets on a microwave-able plate and heat uncovered on high. 2 minutes for one cutlet. 3-4 minutes for 2 cutlets. Do not overcook.
