Well made
The secondary coupling was fitted to a boat trailer using the jockey-wheel mounting bolt. It appears heavy-duty so, if needed, should fulfil its purpose without difficulty.However, as the links are substantial (which is good), it meant that the original trailer bolt was not long enough to accommodate the link so a new bolt had to be purchased (10mm longer).

Useful piece of kit
The original chain on my trailer had a spring clip which I had to fasten onto an appropriate hole on the towbar under the car, which meant I had to get down on one knee to reach it. However, with this Chain I just drop the end over the tow ball before attaching the trailer. So much easier and convenient.
