Alani Nu Sleep Support Supplement with Melatonin and Magnesium, 30 Servings

Alani Nu is my new favorite supplement line because of this product. Such great quality. I bought this because I am a night shift nurse and wanted something to keep me asleep longer during the day. It’s amazing. I don’t feel drowsy when I wake up and has helped me sleep 3-4 hours longer than I usually do.

This didn’t help at all. One of the times I woke up in the night, I woke up feeling groggy and had a massive headache. I felt worse after taking this product.

Tried this. It didn’t work for me. Also was very disappointed with the container I received. It was set to expire within just a couple of weeks of me receiving it.

I didn’t realize till today that the month I bought it. It already expired that month 5/21. wTF I have Alani nu but I don’t use supplements all the time. I know it’s months later but that’s crazy I have had stuff that was a year ago I brought and it just now expiring.

It’s great in helping me fall asleep but not staying asleep.

Didn’t seem to help me but I do have terrible insomnia

Didn’t make me feel drowsy or help me stay asleep. In fact the times where I drank it before bed were the times where I’d have terrible nightmares that would end up making me lose more sleep. 0/10 do not recommend. Stick to melatonin. Their other products are good though.

I’ve been using Alani Nu for a few months now. It works for me! I really appreciate that there is no ‘hang over’ feeling in the morning and that it’s natural ingredients needed by your body. I don’t feel guilty taking it and I sleep well.
