Dreadful Rip-off
This item is only getting one star because I can't give a Zero Star review.Bought both a Mario and Luigi for Christmas for my two boys. Within 10 minutes they weren't working properly, causing stress and upset. The wheels stopped turning properly, remotes wouldn't connect with the cars, only one wheel moved slowly, etc... Went through replacing batteries (which is a tedious process in itself) and trouble shooting with no positive impact on the toys.Ordered a replacement and had the exact same issue almost immediately. These are an expensive waste of money.

Great fun!
We bought the Mario and Luigi versions of this toy and we love them both. They're really sturdy which is handy when your children aren't the most careful drivers! They love the novelty of it changing from wheels to gliding. Really well made for the price, compared with other similar things.

Faulty Product
Got this for one of my siblings as a birthday gift and went to put batteries into it today. The remote worked fine, but the car didn’t work. Turns out there were batteries in the car already that had leaked battery acid.

Absolute rubbish
If i could give zero stars I would. Bought a Luigi and a Mario one for my kids from santa costing €75. Opened them up on Christmas morning only to find battery acid leaking out of them both and when opened up the batteries were all corroded. Tried to clean the up to see if they would work with new batteries but no luck. We had 2 very disappointed boys christmas morning as these were they're main presents

A bit of a disappointment to be honest
I bought both Mario and Luigi remote controlled toys for my boys. I read some very positive reviews that suggested they would be awesome fun for the kids as long as they’re not too close together as the remotes aren’t as effective due to interference of the toys respective remotes. However, for the price I paid, I was expecting a pretty good, sturdy and durable toy. My careful six year old was upset after an hours’ play, the remote has broken. The toy itself was fine if a bit slow to react to the remote but once connected was actually pretty good. My boys now only play with the cars by themselves but again, this is daft for the price I paid and had I only wanted this for my lads, I’d have paid a lot less for it.
