Ferus Cast Iron Cooking Kadai for Kitchen Cookware Frying Pan - Diameter 26 Cm

Got this cadai today only. And this is what has happened to it right on the day one while seasoning it. Mood is quite off. It’s an expensive utensil. Did not even cook anything in it yet.

Very good kadhai. Smart build and fine inner surface. Compact size, not very heavy ,easy to handle. perfect for Indian cooking. It can compete Lodge or other expensive brands.

For the fist time I have used this pan for deep frying worst experience cooking wise ok but back side of the wok is disgusting, and full of rust problem plzz do not go for it not with enough..for that cost

Excellent product. Very good finish and quality, the surface is excellent and nothing sticks to it if you take care in washing and storing. I prefer the round bottom as it suits conventional Indian cooking. I’ve quite a few high-end cast iron stuff - from Dutch ovens to skillets - but this is the one I turn to most.
