Overall the best B6 supplement you can purchase. I am new to pregnancy and started my vitamin supplement journey and this has been so good to me. Changes same day, less fatigue, nausea, anxiety, and more energy. There is a slight taste of sweetness that is really good. As if you added a pinch of sugar to your water or whatever drink. I Add to my water every morning to take with my prenatal and helped with pregnancy symptoms immediately. There isn’t anything as potent so I can see why it works so well. Also, it’s so than adding on more pills or gummies to my day. It starts to be a bother when you are stuffing yourself with pills every so often. Talked to my Dr about it and she said she will start recommending to her patients. Pricey, but worth the buy. You won’t have to purchase anything else.

Have struggled with mood disorder and anxiety since I can remember. Magnesium has done wonders. But taking this B6 has made a significant difference. My mood has been so much more stable. For example, have to take a road to work everyday where tailgating is the norm. Used to I’d so get so irritated with it and it would upset me for the morning. Now i just shrug it off. I mean this helps so much if you have those situations where you know you shouldn’t be as upset as you are but it’s like your mood is in the drivers seat. This product has helped me take back so much control of my mood. Sometimes I take it in the morning- sometimes at night. Mostly I take it in the morning. I do take this daily. I just take a 1/4 of a teaspoon at a time. The taste is not bad to me. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for something to help calm your mood.

I give this vitamin to my 4 year old to help minimize negative side effects of seizure meds. It works great, my lil' one takes 5ml once a day every day. He seems to enjoy the taste and I have seen improvements in his overall behavior since we started him on this product

It seems to help my autistic son to be calm no more tantrums since I started last 2 weeks ago. Not sure 100% because he has periods/months that he is fine. I give him 2 a day 8mm in the morning and 10 mm at night. I wish they have a bigger bottle, this one is only 4 oz and I have to re-order every 6-7 days and it’s expensive $25.25 Worth it to try

I have tried other brands of b6 for my 4 year old who is taking keppra and let me tell you, there’s nothing like this one. It is incredibly difficult to handle a 4 year old with adhd and keppra induced rage and this b6 makes him better able to focus and handle his feelings. Other brands did absolutely zero because they didn’t have the zinc and magnesium added to help with absorbing the vitamin into his body. Because of these additives, you actually need LESS b6, not more. Yea, it’s expensive but being able to save my 4 year old from suffering medication side effects is worth it. I’m never buying any other brand again.

This product is great cause it contains the 3 things my child needs most.....B6, Magnesium and Zinc. This combination works well for keeping my autistic son calm. The taste is okay...not too bad. Just kind of tart but he takes it willingly. Overall, we love the product.

I have a 2 year old boy with epilepsy and cerebral palsy. We are dealing with Keppra Rage, so we go onto vitamin B6. Tried to start this liquid (instead of crushing tablets). Im so glad I waited. I took it to my sons neurologisr and this contains serious dangerous amounts of zinc according to the CDCs guidelines, so be aware. My child is 30lbs for reference, he needs 50mg twice a day of vitamin B6. Check with your doctor first. The product did not arrive damaged, arrived on time and thats great. But I wish they made it with just vitamin B6. Neurologist did say the magnesium is great dose to add in and help the vitamin B6 work properly. I really hope this helps another parent, and maybe the company will considering making this product with appropriate amounts of zinc.

I have purchased this product twice. The first time was great, the taste is decent thus I can get my child to take it. I would have given the product at least 4 stars except for the packaging. This is a glass bottle and they only wrap it in a tiny bit of bubble wrap thus be warned if you are buying anything else in your shipment. The second time I purchased it, they threw the books I ordered in the same box and thus I ended up with a cracked lid and had to throw it out as the color and taste were off.
