Breeze-Easy Method for Clarinet, Bk 1 (Breeze-Easy Series, Bk 1)

I bought this book so I could teach myself clarinet. It's an excellent book with very nice music.Unfortunately for me, it's also for use by a professional instructor rather than a home hobbyist. There are even places at the end of each lesson for your teacher to grade your progress and write notes for further study. The basic instructions are clear enough to serve as a valuable reminder of what your teacher taught you in the last lesson, but not detailed enough for you to learn on your own.If you have an instructor, this book would make an excellent supplement, or even a primary text if your instructor likes it. But you won't be able to teach yourself from this book.

I’m a music teacher and this is what I use with my students. I started on this book when I was little and it still does the job. I appreciate the starting notes.

Just what I needed! My girls started clarinet and these books were what they needed for school. Came quick and I did not have to run around looking for music stores. Thank you!

Nice starter book

Breeze Easy are great books for teaching privately. I learned from these books and now I use them in my teaching.

As a total beginner trying to learn in my "old age" years, this is not what I needed. It's good for practice after I learn the notes and fingering, but not for learning these skills to begin with.

My son takes private lessons and his teacher swears by this book. He has been using it for 2 months now and we can tell a difference.

My students and I like this series. The tunes are familiar and appropriate for level.
