I take and love the iron tablets from this company. Now I’m trying this vitamin for my son.

For all the people saying these aren’t for kids, your kid has to learn to swallow pills first. It took my son a bit of time, but he learned and takes these with ease. We also bought the multi vitamin and he takes both. My son is 9. I can tell there is an improvement in his mental health. These aren’t cheweable. If your kid isn’t comfortable swallowing pills then find something else. But to leave a bad review just because something wasn’t meant for you, specifically, doesn’t mean these pills don’t work.

This brand is great, and the health benifits of the methylated vitamins is fantastic for those with mthfr. The size is pretty small, but these are not chewable or liquid. They must be swallowed whole. So depending on age and ability your child may not be ready or able to swallow them.Once the coating wears off from multiple attempts to injest, they have a bitter taste to them.

Definitely not a kids vitamin. I have to cut it 4 times for my 8yo son. His urine was bright yellow when he took half tab. Also, he was more hyper. However, I have mental clarity, energy and less brain fog when I take it.
