Poor Mounting and Design
These are very cheap but a nightmare to install. They have problems associated with the mounting. First the supplied screws are terrible, when threading into a plastic wall box or plastic box eliminator (where they thread their own hole) they easily strip. It seems that the head is not a perfect fit for #2 Phillips so the tip doesn't grip well and overall they are poor screws. The second issue is with the mounting slots. These slots are smaller than the diameter of the screws which means that the screw has to be manually threaded through each slot. Not only is this time consuming but it makes lateral adjustment for setting the wall plate plumb cumbersome. It should have a wider slot like a typical Decora style receptacle where the screw can move about freely. The biggest problem I had with these was when installing the wall plate. The large plate screw mounting tab protrudes so far forward that it is impossible to get the wall plate flush with the wall. (see photo's). I ended up using a Dremel to grind them flat to get the plate reasonably flush. If I needed to install a large quantity of these I would consider using different screws and plan to grind every one prior to installation.

It's just bad....
As the other reviewers wrote, this is just a bad product...1. The color is not white, more of a pink hue to it.2. It's completely made out of plastic where typical light switches or outlets will be plastic on metal. The issue is, for it to be somewhat rigid, the plastic base is thicker than the metal. So you can't use a typical cover as it will not sit flush with the wall.3. On top of that, the HDMI keystone inserts won't stay in place and easily pops out when a small amount of pressure is used and NOTHING is more frustrating than when you place your 75" tv on the wall and decide to change the cabling, plugging it into the HDMI keystone and it pops out. I now have to pull the tv off the wall and fix the keystone. Luckily, I installed two HDMI ports and will use that one for now until I can find a better option.Good luck if you decide to buy this but there have to be better options out there.Updated May 1, 2020So I decided to purchase a similar 3-port wall plate from Legrand and what a difference. Just overall better quality. I do need to clarify something as I realized that all these keystone wall plates are made out of plastic but obviously some are better than others. The flange is definitely thinner which allows the cover to sit flush against the wall and the keystone “holder” is substantially thicker which keeps the keystone from popping out.Already installed and tested with no issues of the keystones popping out.Hope this helps.

Not really white.
Disappointed. It was not really white. Almost has a pink cast to it. Luckily it will be behind the TV so no one will see it. While it was the cheapest one I could find on Amazon I still think this was over priced. I need a 3 slot. I could have gotten a 2 slot for $1.06. Why an additional hole cost over $3 more seems ridiculous.

Buyers beware!
Please tell me I am colorblind. It says the color is white, but they are pinkish off white or grey. I took a picture of it side by side with one of the white wall plate I have at home. All the other brands have almost the same white except for this brand. Return they go.

No issues.
I only use these every once in a while so The 10 pack will last me over a year, but they only cost a bit more than buying 1 from lowes or home depot. I never understood how a piece of thin plastic with no electronics, or anything at all can cost more than an actual decora 110v 15 amp light switch? But HD and Lowes can be upto 7dollars for just 1 blank decora insert! All they do is fill a hole, nothing but thin plastic, no magic, and they wont make you better looking or make you feel better about yourself, just a blank Decora insert in white. This is one of those things where cheaper is actually better.

Alignment issues with various wall inserts
The holes didn't align very well with the 3 different types of wall inserts that I tried. I found that the screws included were easily stripped and that the finishing screw was hard to screw in (this probably should be threaded instead of self tapping). I compared this to some other inserts I had from Leviton and Hubble and the holes lined up perfectly. The holes seemed to be off by about 1/4 to 1/2 the size of the hole so if you use the longer screw you can angle it screwing partially but the tension as you screw it in makes it more easy to strip the screw.

Not really white.
If you are particular about the color of this product matching your keystone inserts and plate covers than this is not the right product for you. The color white doesn't match a normal white plate cover. It actually has a pinkish tinge to it. Also, the holes for the plate cover screw to go in isn't threaded like the Legrand keystone inserts are. This means you have to use the coarse threaded plate screws found on older coaxial style inserts. You'll experience difficulty trying to screw a standard plate cover fastener into this. I would not buy this exact item again.

Great idea but keystone plugs don’t fit
This is a 4 port insertKeystone plugs fit in the holes but 2 plugs do not fit side by side. It is too narrowTherefore you could use it for two plugs and have two holes.

The colour matched my white keystones and wall plates nicely, and keystones are retained securely in the insert
I used these keystone inserts to accommodate RJ-45 keystones throughout my home after realizing that all my telephone wiring is CAT4. They were an inexpensive alternative to a patch panel. Unfortunately I have found that neither Leviton nor Legrand wall plates fit correctly over these inserts. If you look at the picture, the step where the insert meets the back of the wall plate is not recessed deep enough to allow the wall plate to sit flush against the wall. I had to modify the wall plate with a rotary tool in order to achieve a desirable result. The colour matched my white keystones and wall plates nicely, and keystones are retained securely in the insert. I'm not sure why the package included slotted and painted 6-32 screws for mounting. I threw them away and used Robertson screws instead.
