UPDATE 04.09.23:Somehow in finishing off the 12-pack I first ordered, I ended up dependent on these things and ordering the 72-pack.I don't know why the first one I tried didn't really hit for me, but in finishing these off I found that they actually do work pretty well to give me an energy jolt and keep me in focus for more than two hours. They're able to basically flip the switch on my ADHD to trigger a semblance of hyperfocus, and I need that desperately. So I'm increasing my star rating to 4 for effectiveness.Why not 5?Partially because the caps are still an absolute nightmare to open. Fix it, baby Jesus.Mostly, though, because when I say "dependent" I am not exaggerating.If I go more than 24-36 hours without downing one of these, I get intense migraines that only ease when I drink one. We're talking hardcore flashers, intense pain, going blind migraines that slowly fade into a dull persistent headache that feels like I have toxic black smoke inside my brain.So be warned. Your system may start treating them the same way it does standard caffeine addiction (though I don't get migraines in caffeine withdrawals).I'm going to keep using them for now, as I am basically working with every waking hour for the next few months. But once I can slow down I'm just going to wean myself off them a few sips at a time and a few days at a time, until I can get by with just caffeinated sodas and the occasional guarana tablet. I'd like to be able to relax on a weekend without my head exploding.------------Previous review:I was looking for a less expensive replacement for Bang! energy shots, and the 72-pack pricing for this (at the time of this review, at least) is pretty amazing, but I gave the 12-pack a shot first to see how it worked and I don't think this is the one for me.I'd give the flavor a 2.5/5. Not the worst I've tasted, but it's watery and weird and a bit acidic. The boost comes on clean, though, and it wakes me up pretty well plus does help a bit with focus for someone with unmedicated ADHD. But it wears off too soon; within two hours the crash comes sliding in and I start losing focus and getting outright sleepy, whereas other energy shots last me longer (but they also make me more jittery, which worsens focus, so...).Also, another annoyance: these things are really ****ing hard to open! The caps don't grip the threading on the mouths of the bottles well enough to get enough traction to break the safety seal. It takes a lot of squeezing, wiggling, angling, and prying to get it open, and doing that when I'm half asleep and just want to wake up is enough to make sure I start my day just a tiny bit grouchier.And a couple of the bottles came with something gross-looking and brown crusted to the grooves in the caps.So yeah. This is an okay product, and I might use up the last bottles I have when I need to do a couple of hours of focused work sprinting, but it's not going to be my mainstay for alertness.

It serves as a fog clearing pick-me-up any time of day. It's a safe alternative to other "5 hour" energy shots out there.

I just got off the phone with the founder of the Company. Nicest guy to speak with. I told him that my last order from Amazon the calories and carbs had changed in the individual wellness shots. He informed that Amazon sent me the "old" product and that the product I wanted ( and have at home) is the new version with 0 calories and 0 carbs ( which tastes delicious ).I ordered the new product yesterday 3--12 packs and he assured me that what I ordered directly from him is what I wanted ( not what Amazon is selling ).He also noted that he would send me another flavor just to try ( very kind of him ).This is a delicious energy drink that works 1000% better then 5 Hour Energy drinks.You should absolutely try it.

I like that this energy shot was 100 mg of caffeine per serving. I feel like that's a good amount to get you going in the morning. The main thing I did not like about this shot was the metal bottle and the and the metal cap. Will you take the cap off The seal has this metal edge that's sharp and it slashed my finger open. The bottle should be changed to a recyclable plastic. The metal is dangerous in my opinion. Other than that, I did not mind the products and I thought it was effective enough.

Same company, 2 differentproducts. The pic of the glass with energy drink is 2nd time i opened a bottle and found it spoiled, i think? Almost drank it but had odd skin over opening when cap removed. Poured into glass and was like a huge mucus clot in bottle. Happened a couple months ago too. Product Not storing/shipping well maybe. Otherwise has been great product. Not too much caffeine and decent taste. Down side it says non returnable so will need to chat for a refund. Would love feedback from supplier as didnt feel well from last one i drank... the pic of the black & white dots is from the white bottle, both by drink tru. The dot on top of the white bottle can be seen close up with the other dots i fished out. I drank some and swallowed a little, hopefully didnt drink the dots as one looks like mold. If the supplier could confirm the floaters are part of the shot ill drink it but trying to request a refund again which it says non returnable so you have to chat for refund, PIA. I gave them a 2nd or 3rd chance as product seems good with blend of herbs and caffine & natural... would love feedback from the producer but...

My main issue (all -3 stars) with this product is the unappetizing dirty bottles, even the ones thst look clean feel dirty when you hold them. Does the machine overflow every one of them? The top of the lid has some gross looking stuff on it and after opening there is what I'm assuming to be drink that has dried since it is similar in color making a gross looking, gritty substance around the threads and lid that I'm guessing can grow mold and bacteria since some of it is turning black. I ended up pouring it into a glass to drink it after deciding it hadn't contaminated the contents.I do like the concept of square bottles to minimize the space they take up, though I'd suggest a container that made use of that instead of spacing them. Kind of a catch 22 though, less space but harder to pull them out being square, but it apears there is a cap within the square cap, using just the round lids would work. :)Anyway, the flavor wasn't bad. However, as an energy drink, it was too weak to help me stay alert. I can see where it would be perfect for people who are sensitive to energy drinks given how much even regular shots go way over what you should be consuming. The strongest energy drinks I've found merely make me alert so I probably should have guessed this wouldn't do much for me. The joy of being a night owl in a society run by early birds without the benefit of caffeine. Q_Q
