Review: Excellent construction, super bright - Replaced some blown LED modules in two of the flood lights at work. Super bright, fully sealed, comes mounted on an aluminum backing plate, and was a direct fit. Some notes: 1. Use thermal paste or epoxy to ensure it cools properly. 2. You do not need to solder leads on to the unit to connect it to power (see next line). 3. It draws less that 1/2 amp, so you can use solid core 18 gauge wire to connect this up to power. the wire easily slips right into the connector on the board (the "L" and "N", for load and neutral). 4. It is not fully sealed and is probably not water resistant.
Review: Like looking at the sun - Great LED with built in transformer, super bright at 50W. Fix your burnt out floodlights with a simple soldering job, no need for external driver is great. Apply plenty of high quality heat sink grease fot maximum life.
