Boar's Head, Fully Cooked Bacon 2.29 Ounce

Love this bacon from Boar's head, I didn't expect anything less from them

Who knew that bacon in a box could be microwaved and be delicious. It's pretty lean and not as greasy as traditional bacon. It also only takes 2 paper towels and 2 minutes on high (in my microwave, that is) to cook and no greasy skillet to clean up nor that lingering bacon smell. Note that the pieces are smaller than traditional bacon, so it might not be economical for big parties but for a single person or couple, or small appetite....this is perfect! Plus Boar's Head is top shelf quality.

Betting on the Boar’s Head brand name, we ordered two two-packs of this precooked bacon. (We usually buy Costco’s precooked bacon, but they were out due to supply chain issues.) The Boar’s Head bacon was a very poor second . . . the flavor was virtually tasteless! The slices were paper thin—seriously, it is difficult to understand how they could slice bacon this thin. The cost was double what I later saw this same bacon at my local supermarket. So, buyer beware; be very beware!

My husband had trouble eating due to cancer. I wanted to try something quick and easy. He could eat it with no trouble. It is thin and warms up just right. I bought it the grocery store at first, then, when I went back to get more, they had none. So, as always, I looked on Amazon, my go-to-store. Of course, they had it. 4 boxes with 2 packages of 7 pieces each (total 14 pieces per box). So glad I could get it.

This is the best fully cooked bacon. Thin, crispy, so tasty. Perfect for bacon egg and cheese sandwiches! Usually they have it at my local Sprout’s but during this pandemic they have sold out. I was glad to find it here and pay a little extra to get it. It shipped really fast and was well packaged. I received it only a few days after ordering.

Stuck in a rehabilitation hospital for 2 months. Many breakfasts are just scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Ordered precooked bacon to get some flavor.Fattier than I usually like bacon, lacks bacon's crisp texture but has good flavor

It's not as fatty as Oscar Mayer & others tend to be. Cooks up quickly in microwave, tastes great. This brand is hard to find in my area & was glad to have found it on your site.
