Product was as advertised. Appears to be an OEM replacement. Our kids twisted our lever off and it broke on our stone floor. I only needed the porcelain and brushed nickel lever, but had to buy the entire arm because the pieces are not sold separately. Seamless transaction. I would recommend this seller based on my experience.

Bad design and poor description
DO NOT BUY FOR LEFT-HANDED TOILETS. Bad design and poor description. Rather than having the screw going through the handle top to bottom so that the torque of the flushing won't turn the screw, they have one little screw (which is also cheap and strips easily) that screws directly into the handle. So, if you flush counter-clockwise (like for a left-handed toilet), you're effectively unscrewing handle when you flush. Then it just hangs there useless until you tighten the screw. I'm returning it.
