The bag didn't have the smell others complained about. All the zippers and pockets are working properly. I wouldn't overload this bag, as it may put too much stress on the stitching and hooks.

I am veryvpleased with my small satchel. It has a high quality look and is suitable for carrying my wallet and coin/keys pouch & cellphone. The only drawback is the colorful strap. It's not over the top so it's tolerable and not overtly imasuculating

The bag is ok. I tried submitting a review and it wasn't posted because they said it wasn't relevant to other buyers. But I received mine in a bag with clear tape wrapped around it and it had "return" wrote on it. As buyers I think we should know if a seller is sending used and/or returned items when we are under the assumption what we are buying is new. Besides that. It was fast shipping and does what it need to do. I wasn't worried about sending it back and just keeping it.
