Not authentic buckwheat soba
These are not the most authentic soba noodles as they are not pure buckwheat. I think manufacturer should mention the percent of buckwheat to wheat flour. Don't taste bad but they are not gluten free so for all you know, you may just be paying a lot for more maida than buckwheat.
