Tastes terrible, but thatโs expected, lol. Great new and painful addition to my wellness routine, definitely cuts appetite a bit. If youโre using this for shots, dilute it with water so it doesnโt burn your throat or erode your teeth!

If youโre on the edge of buying then do a little research; this stuff is really good for you. I take about a Tbsp a day, in two parts. I mix in some turmeric and lemon juice and black tea to make it more palatable and for additional health benefits and itโs not bad. Iโm not a fan of the taste but itโs worth it. This is the brand I use daily. Itโs not expensive, Iโve never had any stomach issues with it, the ingredients are simple and safe. Package arrived intact, no leakage but it is glassโฆ so potentially thereโs issues there but otherwise great product!
