Review: Fantastic macaron recipes for any who has struggled before! - Overall the cookbook is a gem, with great anecdotes and wonderful recipes. I have struggled with macarons before, with hollow shells and no feet, and her step by step, picture driven process helped me produce the best ones I have ever made. Her flavor combinations are amazing, I have made the brownies, salted caramel, etc. I am going to try her brioche donuts next, and I am so excited. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone more comfortable with baking that would like to try new techniques and flavors, and her humor and personality sprinkled through the book just lends a charming touch.

Overall the cookbook is a gem, with great anecdotes and wonderful recipes. This book is so interesting, practical and has very easy steps to follow. I love how she writes to hear readers like we’ve been friends forever.
