Goodbye to making a hash of filleting fish.
I have a few other knives from this range and I am delighted with them. This one is no different, absolutely superb, filleting and skinning fish has never been so easy, no more inadvertently hacking at fish to fillet them as I was doing with previous knives I used. I am in the middle of my chefs training course and this is a game changer in my book. Absolutely delighted with them at a price which is so cheap. Highly recommended!!

Sharp flexible great value and did I mention sharp.
This my first filleting knife, initially I was daunted by its size but after a couple of uses I have got the hang of it. It flexible yet sturdy, strong and so very sharp. Perfect for skinning frozen fillets. It cut through frozen sold fillets like it was going through butter. Because its so sharp I wear an anti cut glove on one hand

Good knife
Good knife easy to use . Ideally would have come with a protective cover not just the tip

Very sharp and easy to use
First filleting once I’ve owned, so I have nothing to compare it with. However, it’s very, very sharp. I filleted a whole sea bass and skinned some cod fillet easily. It looks like good value to me.

Perfect for filleting fish
A comfortable handle and flexible blade with a good sharp edge. It removes fish flesh from the skin smoothly and with minimal waste.

Filets fish
Lovely little fileting knife. Use it for trout mainly, couple of swipes on the sharpening steel and these cut really nicely, probably a little stiffer than other fileting knives but still flexible enough to cut around bones nicely.

It’s very good value and strong and well built
I used this on some really blunt carving knifes. It wasant A5 minute job low to bring them back to a good cutting edge. But once there it only took 4 or 5 pull through from then on to keep the carving edge as sharp as a razor and it’s built very strong to. I would recommend it and easy to use.

nice knife shame about the rust
This knife was a great price. It is pretty flexible which is great for a filleting knife. The down side is it has spots of rust showing after just a few weeks. I checked before putting it in the dishwasher and it is shown as dishwasher safe. Its a bit to early to tell how well it holds its edge but I have no complaints in that department yet.
