Metra 70-1002 Radio Wiring Harness for Jeep/Eagle 1988-96 Power/4 Speaker

Found this adapter useful for installing an after market radio . The only terminal missing is the dimmer wire but after market radios usually have built in illumination so dimmer and illumination wires usually are not needed for after market radio installs . I just used crimp connectors to match the connectors of the radio harness I was installing and the installation went well . The wires are color coded and each wire has printed description for its location which eliminates guessing . The package also has color code definition so that installation is easy . Very satisfied with the product and purchase .

Installed in a 96 jeep xj and fit perfectly

With the JVC radio I ordered, which came with the two ISO plugs, this plug wired directly up without any guessing. Color to color match and verified.Excellent well thought out simple design that does exactly what it should.Note: the colors are for ISO plug mapping and WILL NOT match the colors on the vehicle.

It says in the job description that this will fit a 91 F-series pick up and it will not my truck is a 91 f250 so don’t waste your money and time

Fits great, wiring is pre-stripped and the color code is printed right on the bag so it's easy. For dinner reason they didn't provide a ground connection, that is the only empty slot.
