Will this fit a 2018 Toyota Rav 4?

Yes this will fit the 2018 Rav-4. You will need to replace the side and lower hooks with hatch huggers as the lip of the trunk at those points is not compatible with traditional hooks

does it fit to a ford escape 2008?

It fits on our Ford Focus, Subaru Outback and Santa Fe. Each has 2 inch hitch

Does it fit on the back of a 2010 Subaru Forester

It fits my BMW 328 and my BMW X3 and I only have one Saris, I would look at the back of these two cars and see if your back matches up - it is a great system and easy to install
