A: Yes this will fit the 2018 Rav-4. You will need to replace the side and lower hooks with hatch huggers as the lip of the trunk at those points is not compatible with traditional hooks

A: It fits on our Ford Focus, Subaru Outback and Santa Fe. Each has 2 inch hitch

A: It fits my BMW 328 and my BMW X3 and I only have one Saris, I would look at the back of these two cars and see if your back matches up - it is a great system and easy to install
