Hand Reflexology Revised & Expanded

For most of my life I have been into the martial arts, (Judo, Jujitsu, Karate-Do), exercise fitness programs, (Circuit programs, SEAL fitness and other Military programs), and healing arts systems (Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu and other programs). I have read countless books, magazines and articles on numerous mind/body programs over the years and I recently purchased this amazing 299 page soft cover book (Hand Reflexology: key to perfect health by Mildred Carter and Tammy Weber) on Amazon for a bargain price.I have read a lot of books in the past on the subject on reflexology for the feet but this one is the absolute best volume I have ever read on hand reflexology. Even though it is used I just love this book, because unlike some books, this one actually delivers on its promise. It is clearly written with illustrations showing what parts of the hand should be stimulated for a wide range of physical and health issues.Some of the material in this fantastic book includes the following: Brief history of reflexology, how you can get instant relief with reflexology, step-by-step guide to hand reflexology charts, easy to use reflexology techniques, learning to work the reflex points in your fingers and hands, how to use self-help tools at home to relieve pain, using reflexology for treating the eyes, regain hearing, for colds, hay fever, headache, carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist pain, help your back, help your digestive system, diabetes and many, many other issues.If you want to learn about hand reflexology this is a must book to read. Even though I am a Reiki master, I am now including Hand Flexology methods to enhance energy healing. This is now my main reference source on this subject.Rating: 5 Stars. Joseph J. Very good book on Reflexology. MC tells you in her excellent book the pressure points to use on your hands for relief on pain et als. IT WORKS! It HELPED ME!

This book will make your life better and aide you in treating physical problems. Reflexology works and allows all of us to help ourselves. My friend loves this book, and thinks Mildred Carter opens the door to a longer life through Hand Reflexology and you can become younger to. I own all Mildred Carter's books and this might be the best. Hand Reflexology is easier to use then foot Reflexology to use.

This is a big book and full of so much information. A great resource and I've been applying some of it - not read the whole thing yet - and it is wonderful. My hands are happy.

A lot of new information. I'm glad I kept the original edition.It would be nice if the publisher charged more, and used BETTER paper!

This is a good reflexology book that is very clear. My wife says it helps her aches and pains. We are glad we got this. The Amazon description was very clear and accurate. The Amazon customer reviews were helpful. It was well packaged and arrived on schedule.

I have Mildred Carters older book on hand reflexology and thought it was time for an updated one. I found this book very useful.
