Jacket sits a little bit above the belt. Smaller than expected but not by much.

Jacket fits nice I’m a smaller male EMT got the small only problem is the waist band is a little tight but jacket still is really nice lots of complements

This is a quality jacket that exceeded my expectations as far as durability. It’s light enough that you can easily move while working with patients, but with the fleece inner lining and windbreaker outer material, you’ll stay warm when needed. The only thing I would add would be having pen holders on the chest or shoulder.

Someone wrote review stating its larger so get a size smaller, not true at all was too small but my fault for trusting their review otherwise good.
