Complete crap.... really narrow, missing hardware, horrible installation installation instructions..... total waste of money. Happy Birthday to me. These will be going straight into the TRASH!!!! DO NOT BUY

It is what it is. There was full disclosure with photos and dimensions on Amazon. The poolside glam shot makes it look better than it really is though. Can you blame them for trying? No. It is in reality basic, lightweight, powder coated aluminum with vinyl wicker and a thin cushion. It requires assembly with bolts, washers, and nuts (tools included). The instructions are a diagram that takes some intense study. The end result is exactly what is pictured online BUT it is very light, not very strong, probably won't be durable for very long, the wheels are unnecessary as it weighs so little and they turn poorly, and the adjustable back uses a molded plastic bracket to hold various upright positions. It is a good temporary solution at an appropriate price. However, I have seen Costco chaises at the same price that were far sturdier.Assembly tip: There are rubber bushing that need to fit at the back's pivot between the side rails. Assemble the side rails first but leave the side rails' screws loose so you can fit the bushings in the gap. Tighten all once they are installed. Also, add wheels last. There is a screw to a cross bracket that cannot be accessed with the wheel in place.Really, this is a 3 star product but I gave it 4 because the sellers were completely honest about what it is.
