Great wedge for elevation
I bought this wedge to help me with a vertigo issue I am experiencing when laying flat. It has worked very well and provides great support. I do still like to use a thin pillow to provide a little neck support between it and the wedge. I am also able to comfortably sleep on my sides while using this wedge. I have been using it every night for almost 2 months now. Highly recommend! I do want to warn you on the packaging. I freaked out when it arrived and thought there was no way it was going to work. The box is quite small for the anticipated size of the product. Somehow they miraculously suck all the air out to the point they could even fold it in half and roll it up to fit in this small box. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and give it some time to reshape itself. By bedtime, I was shocked to see how much it had grown and the firmness it provided with nothing more than just letting it regain it's shape!

Good, firm support from this wedge pillow
I bought this pillow to help my snoring at night. It's hard to get use to sleeping on if you're a side sleeper but it's serving its purpose. I haven't stopped snoring completely, but it's not as loud. It also helps with my heartburn at night, too. I don't wake up tasting acid any more which is a plus. As other reviews say, it's VERY firm but if you're looking for support or something you're not going to just sink into, I would get this pillow. It's still soft and has a nice over that comes on it( you don't have to put it on yourself). I'm still getting used to sleeping on my back more ( never did since it made my snoring worse) but I feel positive about it because this pillow is actually helping in more than one way.

It’s a bed wedge
I recently had back surgery to repair a crushed vertebra, i came home and was trying to stack pillows to support my back which was not working very well as you can imagine. So i decided to get this wedge to see if it would improve my comfort while sleeping. It definitely has helped, as I’ve have multiple hours of solid sleep without moving while using the wedge and i slept last night from 11:30 to 7 am uninterrupted. Even slept through my medication alarm at 6 am. And tbh, even after I’m recovered from my spinal fusion, I’ll keep using this as it’s very comfortable. My only complaint and someone else had this same issue, it take forever for it to completely expand from its vacuumed packed bag. I’ve had it for 4 days and it’s still not expanded to it’s full size on the bottom middle back of the wedge where it was folded in the packaging, it’s not affecting my use of it. However, If i were to purchase another i would probably buy a different brand. But at the price point this was sold at I’m happy with it. Hope this helps some looking for relief from whatever ails you.

I love this.
My wife and I like to watch TV in bed at night when the kiddos are asleep, but the back pain from folding pillows or using multiple pillows to sit upright became unbareable. I decided to order one for my wife first because she's pregnant and I liked that the wedge could be used in different positions. We both liked it so much that I got one for myself. The constant back pain I used to have is gone. I can even sleep on my back and side with it comfortably and I don't snore. I use a regular pillow with it and it's the perfect width for a regular pillow to fit on it. My wife doesn't sleep with it though. So this may or may not be a pillow you sleep with, but it will make it so much more comfortable to watch TV in bed for you, I promise!

As a Side Sleeper I Am a Believer Now
I have used this pillow for more than 2 months now after a sudden flareup of acid reflux caused by a stomach virus and have edited this review a couple of times as I gained more experience with sleeping on a wedge. At first, using this wedge pillow was a necessity but I didn't really like it. However, being a side sleeper, I have always had a problem with laying on my sore shoulders and this wedge has helped to remedy that situation. What I do is stack several regular pillows up against my headboard and then slide the wedge up in front of them, leaving a narrow "trench" to put my arm in. I sleep high up on the wedge, on my side, with my shoulder up over the top corner of the wedge and my arm in the trench between the pillows and wedge---and this gives me the support I need for no more shoulder pain. Sleeping like this took some getting used to but I find it very comfortable now and I will continue using this wedge even though my bout with acid reflux appears to be over. An additional benefit is that I don't wake up in the middle of the night with a stuffed-up nose as lying on the incline prevents that. It is amazing how many problems sleeping on this wedge has remedied for me including acid reflux, sore shoulders, and sinus problems. Honestly, I don't see myself ever going back to sleeping flat on the mattress again as there are too many benefits from sleeping on this wedge.

Comfortable vacation sleep is finally mine!
I have an adjustable memory foam bed at home that helps with sinus and back issues. I usually have to pile up pillows on vacation to try to get my head high enough so that my sinuses don’t cause pressure and swelling on my face. I had looked at the wedges before but was skeptical and didn’t think they’d be good for travel. I recently decided to have one shipped to my mom’s so it would be there when I arrived. I used it the whole week I was there, and it was great! I wish it were a little wider, but by the third night of adjusting it different ways, I figured out the best setup. The bed is in a corner, and putting the wedge in the corner so it had a wall on two sides allowed me to lean against the wall, so the width didn’t matter as much. (I wouldn’t have needed the corner if the wedge were wider.) I’m seriously considering getting one for other road trips. My vacations would be so much happier with this! If you don’t have an adjustable bed, I would recommend this for home use, too. It would also be really helpful for temporary use for someone who needs to be propped up (would be great for people trying to sleep with congestion causing a bad cough) or needs support under their knees.

Doesn't expand from packaging
After receiving this pillow, I immediately took it out of the very small box and compressed plastic packaging. It's been 3 days and there's still a very distinct dent in the middle of the foam where it was folded in half in the box. Unusable in it's current state. Will update if it ever expands as it should.

Essential for ACL Surgery Recovery
This is the first time I’ve ever written an Amazon review, but I love my wedge and I want the world to know how essential and helpful this item was (and still is) for my recovery from ACL surgery. Having to elevate your leg and deal with shuffling pillows constantly, etc. became a hassle about 1week post-op and so I looked into alternatives and this wedge came up. It’s a great size, well made, washable cover and easily adjustable. Helped me move to a routine of sleeping on my back with my leg elevated, which is tricky if you’re a side or stomach sleeper pre-knee surgery. The wedge keeps your leg elevated, makes it easy to ice and rest while doing so. I can’t recommend enough for ACL recovery!
