Works well for me-firm but at the same time soft enough for comfort

I love this seat cushion! The foam is firm so it supports the back effectively. The cover is a soft suede-like material. I now have one at home and one at the office. Next I'll get one for my car.

I should have sent back. The cushion is not very wide. Therefore not comfortable when having to sit a lot of hours.

Tried some other ones, this one easily worked the best. Wife's tailbone injured last May (2018), just now recovering but still uses the cushion or airplane and long car rides. Great lap cushion, you won't be disappointed.

The memory foam in this cushion is perfect. I'm 145lb with coccyx pain, and this just about fixes it. My pain does get triggered by pressure on the ischial tuberosities sometimes, so the only way I can deal with that is to not sit at all. BUT this cushion doesn't bottom out like so many in the same price range. I'd like it better if it was more of a slanted wedge, but it does taper somewhat at the front, just not as much as I'm used to. Still, I'm able to sit with a straight spine without effort. I would recommend it if you weren't looking for a steeper wedge. Very comfortable.

One for wheel chair, one to leave in car for external use.

The previous highly rated cushion I purchased was too hard to sit on all day long. Another one I tried was too easily compacted. This cushion provides enough resistance without being too hard. It is narrow as mentioned in some of the reviews, but I'm not sure it would provide good support if it was any wider.I would consider buying this one again

I bought it for my wife and she likes it. I will probably buy one for me.
