Live Large Banded Crickets (Pack of 250)

Do not order them in the winter time as they be dead by the time you receive them I did a shipment twice and both times my shipment was delivered. They were all dead.

When I got this delivery I needed to be home. It was snowing and I didn't want the crickets to freeze they were a little cold when I did get them. But these resilient creatures came back to life and went right into the belly of my bearded dragons. My tokay gecko was very pleased, these crickets were mostly alive and this is still a better price than going up to the store. We talked about keeping crickets like this in a tank separate just for breeding but honestly guys it's a lot easier and less of a hassle to just make this one of your purchases that you're going to make every month for your food for your bearded dragons or lizards or what have you. I was very pleased with this product I will buy it again.real fast before I go something to note that was interesting was the way that they packaged it these come in a box that has a mesh breathable screen. It was packaged very well very sturdy box. It's a great product guys you won't be upset about it. let this be one thing that sets your mind at ease that you don't have to worry about going up to the store.

I don’t think it’s worth what the amount I actually received. I ordered 250 there’s definitely not 250 crickets, and even if there were maybe little over half were dead. Which I wasn’t expecting them to all be alive, but packaging could have been a heck of a lot better. Came in a very small box with just a piece of egg crate inside...that’s it. Literally says on the box to be carful when open cuz they’re just chilling n the box. Had two pieces of a dried apple it looks like to eat. Also says they might be hibernating leave box closed 3/4 hours to warm up. Which I did I actually put a heating lamp on them. ones that arrived dead are still dead. I will say the ones that are alive are very large only good part. It’s very hard to get food for my animals as it is with the pandemic let alone I’m not working so what money I have...let’s just say it’s rough. So it was very disheartening paying for what I got when I could have gotten a lot cheaper at a pet store but because I was desperate I ordered from this company and was very disappointed. I hope they maybe do a bit more research on shipping. N maybe get someone else to count how many they are actually putting in the orders. I can see it being hard maybe because of how they are packaging them. I can’t see not having trouble getting 250 in a small box and giving up half way through. Cuz that’s honestly what it looks like.

When I got off from work, I had crickets hopping all around my porch and around my porch on my porch crawling on the box. Usually I don’t have this problem. The box is usually sealed well and holding its content well but I’d still say that I have a good product here. Their size is a little on the lower side of large but good enough I’m feeding a almost full grown bearded dragon. He does love these crickets I think I use two different suppliers. Yeah, this is one of them. I usually go on the quickest delivery day, which ever one has the quickest delivery day that’s the one I go with Still a good product just a little disappointed in this container I don’t know maybe it was put in the container like this and someone didn’t notice looks like it was cut with a box cutter on the side and the screen was pushed in because there’s a slit down the screen and it’s pushed in at the top, so yeah, could’ve been shipping I guess I should’ve stuck my finger in the hole before sealed the box. I ended up having to tape it on the inside and the outside so that they wouldn’t get stuck to the tape. I don’t happen to have my last box I want to head and threw it out lesson for next time well actually time after next don’t want to hold onto this box either my usual cricket tank is full of worms right now need to get me another 10 gallon for crickets overall, I’m happy just a little disappointed because crickets were everywhere.

First I’d like to say that the size of these crickets is perfect for the animal I’m feeding. I had an issue with survival of a lot of the crickets but that may have been due to the weather in which they were shipped. If you have large geckos or toads these are perfect for them. I am giving them as high a rating as I am because of the professional way they dealt with my issue and quick response. At this point I think I’ll wait to order again until the late spring to see if it was indeed the shipping time. They do come from the east coast and I live in nevada.

Well, at least for my frogs! These actually lasted me a while! They weren’t dying off like purchases I’ve done with other suppliers. They chirp and eat. Only issue I had was them laying lots of eggs in my frog tank.

The media could not be loaded.  They are super fat but dead well over half are dead I got nothing close to 250 .. I got at the most 70 and now I don't even know if they should be fed to my frogs because they have been eating dead crickets learned my lesson
