I wanted Soy Lecithin Granules to put on my toast each morning, and these work well, they don't impact the taste at all, hardly tell they're there, and hopefully help with lowering saturate fats

I tried this brand of lecithin granules because my usual has been out of stock for a while.Firstly, I was surprised at the size of this G&G brand as it's bigger than the product picture suggested - which is a + for me as I use it virtually everyday.Secondly the taste and texture is top notch so can't fault it on those qualities.Would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone considering trying it out.

I have used Lecithin Granules for years, but it is now becoming very expensive so unfortunately have had to cut down my intake.

I have only just received this product. So I can not recommend it at this point. But a friend did recommend it to me. Saying it was good. And she felt better in herself.

Effective product for weight and good for people with declining cognitive challenges. I take regularly and it makes a significant difference. improves memory and contributes towards cell membrane structure.

It was not up to half of the jar. For the price, I feel scammed

I give a 3 stars rating because when I opened the big container, it was just half full. I could not weight the product so I'm uncertain if the 400 g were really there. It looks like less than other brands but can't confirm. If they were, it is a lot of plastic waste. I doubt it I'd order again.
