Good Value Except for Instrument Panel Diagrams
Very good quality reprint of the original. Minus one star for the poor quality of the instrument panel pages. They were likely foldouts in the original given the tiny size of the fonts compared to every other diagram. In this edition, they're 7.25 x 9.75" and not very legible. Look elsewhere if you want panel diagrams for the CM. I have the 8 x 10" LEM Familiarization Manual and the panel repros are much clearer.

Good manual, but needs some major improvement.
It's okay, but a major issue with this book is that it was originally printed in December 1966; over a month before the Apollo 1 pad fire in January 1967 that killed Grissom, White and Chaffee. Unfortunately, this manual does not include any reference(s) to the major changes incorporated into the spacecraft as a result of the mishap investigation (such as new quicker release hatch for ground egress, etc). A major addendum to this book detailing those modifications would be a big plus in telling the Apollo story. Also, a minus for me is that I wish someone can find a way to improve the overall print quality of the manual.
