Low quality material used. there are visible thread tears
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the leggings I recently received from your store. The product does not meet the quality standards mentioned in the description. The fabric quality is extremely poor — it feels rough, uncomfortable, and not stretchable as expected. The material appears to be made from inferior fiber, which causes irritation when worn. In addition, there are visible thread tears and loose stitching at several points, giving the impression that the item is old or previously used. This is disappointing, especially since I purchased it expecting a new and durable product. I kindly request you to review this issue and arrange either a replacement with a good-quality item or a full refund for the product. Please also ensure that proper quality checks are carried out before dispatching such items in the future. Return Reason: Item received in poor condition — low-quality material with visible thread tears, appears old and used. I am attaching photos of the damaged product for your reference (if applicable). Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
