It's a very nice product for the money, and I would have given at least 4 stars, but the effort to put this together is ridiculous. Over 3 hrs for 2 lounges, due to REALLY BAD INSTRUCTIONS, coupled with missing washers/screws and in one case, extra screws that weren't needed. Have a rachet set with allen key attachment and it will go much faster; the allen key provided is a joke and together with the confusing instructions, it's a nightmare to put together; thankfully my husband is handy.p.s. The lounges do look great & the cushions provided are really nice w/ties & back slips over top for secure placement.

Really like the look of these chairs and the fact they lay all the way down. The shipment was pretty fast and not to difficult to assemble. The one issue I have is one of the cushions had a run in the material and lead to a hole on the show side. It’s an eye sore and not sure how to fix it. It was that way out of the box but don’t want to go through the trouble of sending it back.

I have only had the chairs a couple of days and I hope this review is not premature but we are impressed!

What can I say other than “Made in China”. If you are NOT mechanically inclined beware. The instructions are horrible and it took me and my other half about 2-1/2 to 3 hours to put the first one together. We are both engineers. We learned from the first one and put the 2nd one together much faster. The instructions are pictures which do NOT represent the product completely. And you will need to have or buy (2) M6 nuts because BOTH chairs were missing the same nuts. The instructions call the bolts out as M6 but the nuts are called out as M8. The cushions are thin but they ok for lounging. We expect to get about 1-2 yrs out of them. Next time we will buy some nicer ones that are better quality. Just be prepared for some arguments-lol! Very frustrating!!! I would recommend spending a little more money to get some nicer ones.

My ONLY complaint is how the cushions slide and my husband said he would like a notch to sit up straighter by one more setting ... otherwise they are fabulous!!!!

Absolute junk and a bucket full of rust. Every single piece has fallen apart. Came missing parts and the arm was unraveled. Every screw rusted and stain my pool decking. Going in the trash now. Leg rusted off.
