All-in-One Nursing Care Planning Resource: Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, Maternity, and Psychiatric-Mental Health

This is the best care plan book I have seen so far. My school recommended two other books that I bought but I found this to be better and so easy to use. It is straight to the point and very well ORGANIZED. I can't over emphasize how glad I was when I stumbled on an older version of the Swearigen book. I knew instantly that I needed something like it and I came here to look for the latest edition. If you are new to nursing and are trying to understand what care plans are and how to get started, this book is sure banker!!!

This book have everything you need All-In- One Book, l love it. It was a reference book that a class student was using on the side for extra information on Med-Surg. I just received my in will be going over it. I'm extra help to bring my grades up. Med- Surg is hard. Thank Amazon for fast delivery

A well written care plan.

This is a pretty helpful book for making concept maps and care plans. I often feel like my head is spinning trying to put all these things together and this book is laid out quite well.

In an era of digital charts, I never thought I would need a care plan book. What I have learned is that the templates for care plans don't cover anything close to what is necessary. This book has been an invaluable resource.

Bought this book for nursing school, and everyone knows nursing students have no money! I have used other planning books for nursing and can say this one provides the best information. Well worth the money, I do highly recommend this book.
