We're never without a bed.
Yes, as other reviews have mentioned, it has a bar down the middle, but a 4 inch memory foam pad solves that problem. We just spent a week camping, and two weeks visiting family, and this cot was great. Set up and take down takes about 5 minutes if your not in hurry. It is a metal frame and hold two adults with no problem. Read the weight capacity in the description. But we had no problems. Well worth what we paid, and we have a bed wherever we go, or if we have guests that come and stay with us. And it has it's own case to store it in with handles. Very convenient.

Used with queen-size air mattress
Bar in the center is uncomfortable, but when we used an air mattress you couldn't tell it was even there! Doesn't pack down very small but it's easy to set up and very sturdy!

Camping with the spouse
It was hard to find a double cot for my wife and I to use while camping. This one has done the trick for us. It’s provided a lot of room which I like due to sleeping on a king mattress at home. I do wish they incorporated some type of mattress keepers on the coroners. This hasn’t been an issue with our new camp pad but some that I have had in the past and slip around during movement while sleeping.

Can't sleep in the middle, so this is just a single sized cot with a hug bar.
I had 8 inches (2 4in queen foam pads + a sleeping bag) on this and I could still feel the bar in the middle. It forces your to roll to one side or the other - and my pads sagged into either side - the canvas isn't strong enough. Good for 1 person per tiny side, I guess, but I bought this to pad it and sleep in the middle but it was too uncomfortable. Sturdy, but awkward to pack/lug, takes a LOT of space.

Good stuff
We put a queen size air mattress on top of this and had no problems. With the mattress on the cot it was actually more comfortable then the air matreess being on the ground . Good product easy to take out and put away. If you put it in a tent make sure you have atleast a 8 person tent. Our 6 person tent barely fit the cot.

No more sleeping on the ground
Purchased this for a recent camping trip with my husband and the double fold out cot worked pretty well. Comes in it’s own bag, unfolding and setting up we’re easy. There is a support bar in the middle so it’s as though we were in our own cot, so to speak. If one of us moved it had a “water bed” effect. But it did beat sleeping on a half-filled air mattress or the ground so overall it was a good purchase for our needs.

Wayyyyyy better than an air mattress!
10/10 would recommend! I love our cot! It was so easy to transport and store away! Pro tip I learned from a fellow camper: 4 inch pad on top for extra comfort!

Uncomfortable
The cot arrived when expected and was very easy to set up as described. However it is completely unacceptable due to the high center on the cot, laying in the middle is not possible and either side rolls downhill to the cot edge.
