They work good on Kohler 18hp
Except for configuring the ports as needed these pumps are a good replacement for OEM. Comes with several different nipples to make it work for different applications they fit easily. Worked great on my 30yr old Kohler Magnum 18hp. This was the second one that I replaced as water got in it and froze causing the valves to separate internally in the pump. I think that I could have fixed it but these are cheap so I just replaced it.

Poor quality. Odd design. Failed at 3 hours.
This was IMO a poorly designed part that had some odd weak but serviceable multi-piece connections for the fuel fittings. Maybe it was intended to be a universal part for other machines? It fit and worked fine... for about <3 hours then the internal pumping lever broke off and it failed to operate on my Cub Cadet riding mower. I'd suggest not buying this model, although I cannot find a different style on Amazon. Perhaps a different one would not fail quite as fast? Perhaps I got the only bad apple in the batch? The odd inlet and outlet adaptors, though a poor design in my eyes, did seem to work even if they didn't seem tight.

The low price had me a little apprehensive. This kit had everything I needed to get the job done. The inlet and outlet fittings are the easiest and most versatile I have encountered in 40 years dealing with motors and equipment. The variety of gaskets/ seals to mount to motor made me smile. Pumps fuel like it was meant to pump fuel!

Good replacement and fit. Careful with o rings!
Worked great on my Gravely rider. Be careful when installing the o ring fittings into the pump body. The teeth that lick in the angle that you select for the inlet and outlet fittings are a but sharp and can cut them. Use lube and delicate hands and you will have no issues. The ie part is over $100 if you can find one so the value for the money is great. Not sure on durability or longevity but working as designed.

Good price. Functional. Fragile fittings.
The gas line fittings and installation snap ring “tool” were of a poor design and difficult to use. Other than that the fuel pump is working fine. But being made of plastic I think it may not last thirty years like the original.

Good product
Every thing worked and no leaks. I put my filter in upside down in the picture. When inserting the fitting make sure to use the tool or a pair of spring pliers to push the clips together. I think the people who had leaks may have just pushed it in and chewed the o ring up. Also you will need 3’ of 5/16” hose and 4 clamps to install on a cubcadet
