Study and reliable but you will still need tools to install.
High quality hot and cold water tap, sturdy and water flows very well. It is easy to install together however it says in the info that there is no need for tools and I found that I had to use tools in order to fit tap. Other than that great value for money and nice standard packaging.

Represents excellent value for money and improvement in quality over the last taps costing more than double. Aesthetically pleasing with a nice smooth action, certainly much better feel than our previous taps. service we have received from this company is second to none.

you get what you pay for
Light weight tap. Looks good but not solid feel to it. The one I had leaked water on first use at point where swan neck mates with main body. Probably just unlucky. Sent back and paid £10 more for a much more solid feeling tap.

Easy to fit & works well.
Never fitted a tap before - it was so easy !Looks alot better than the one I had fitted before. It fits nicely on the sink unlike the old one.The faucet also unscrews so I might add a new Swivel spray faucet on it !

Values for money, does the job nicely
Easy to install - no special tools required, except a spanner for tightening the nuts. Getting the old one out wasn't easy - I highly recommend a torch when working under the dingy kitchen sink, and some stuff that makes old rusty screws/nuts ease apart.The taps are closed "arms out" and open "arms forward". Really easy taps too - can open/close with just my little finger.One of the metal hoses had a fixing nut that wasn't threaded properly so wouldn't attach to the water pipe. No problem as the tap I was replacing was almost identical so I could reuse the old hose. Star deducted.But once in the difference between the old stiff leaky tap and this one was a sigh of relief! Even with the duff hose I'd still recommend it - sometimes it happens with the cheaper end of the market stuff.

Troppi filtri
Buono cercavo un miscelatore con i due rubinetti separati per la cucina, è questo è ottimo.Qualche problema nel fissaggio al lavello, ma alla fine tutto bene unica pecca il filtro, aprivo l'acqua calda ma la pressione era cosi bassa che non faceva partire l'accensione della caldaia, in un primo momento ho risolto rimuovendo del tutto il filtro che si svita, poi mi sono accorto che ci sono cinque strati di filtro l'ultimo , risultava troppo chiuso quindi limitava di molto l'acqua che usciva rimosso questo tutto va bene ora
